For ecommerce operators

Learn to run the ads and email that scale your store.

A structured program that teaches you to build and manage your own paid acquisition, instead of handing it to an agency and hoping. You learn the account structure, the creative testing, the email flows, and the tracking underneath all of it.

Enrollment is by call, so we can check it is a fit before you commit.

The problem

Most stores do not stall because of the product.

They stall because acquisition is being run on guesswork. Campaigns get built the way a YouTube video said to build them, creative gets changed whenever results dip, and nobody can say which change caused which outcome because the tracking was never set up properly in the first place.

Then the agency conversation starts. You hand over the accounts, pay a retainer plus a percentage of spend, and six months later you still cannot answer basic questions about your own business. You have outsourced the single function that decides whether the company grows.

This program takes the opposite approach. You learn the system, you build it inside your own accounts, and you keep the capability whether or not you ever work with anyone again.

Curriculum

Eight modules, built in order.

Each one ends with something implemented in your own store, not a worksheet. You work through them in sequence because each module depends on the last.

1Foundations and unit economics

Before spending anything, you work out what you can actually afford to pay for a customer. Most stores skip this and never recover.

  • Contribution margin per product after COGS, shipping, and fees
  • Breakeven return on ad spend, and why it differs by product
  • First order profitability versus lifetime value, and which one to buy on
  • Setting a target cost per acquisition you can defend
2Tracking and attribution

Fixed first, because every decision after this depends on the numbers being real. This is the module most operators have never done properly.

  • Server side tracking setup, and why browser pixels alone undercount
  • Conversions API for Meta, enhanced conversions for Google
  • Reading platform reported numbers against what the store actually banked
  • Building a single source of truth you check daily
3Meta account structure

How to build campaigns that can be read and improved, rather than a sprawl of ad sets nobody can interpret.

  • Campaign architecture for prospecting and retargeting
  • Budget consolidation, and when splitting budgets destroys learning
  • Audience strategy, including when broad beats detailed targeting
  • Scaling rules, and how to raise budget without resetting performance
4Creative that carries the account

On Meta, creative is the targeting. This module covers producing it on a schedule instead of in a panic.

  • Angles and hooks, and how to find the ones your customers respond to
  • Building a monthly creative production cadence you can sustain
  • Structured testing so results actually mean something
  • Reading creative fatigue before it shows up in your revenue
5Google, Shopping, and Performance Max

Capturing the demand that already exists, and structuring the feed so the algorithm pushes the products you want to sell.

  • Merchant Center setup, and the feed errors that quietly suppress reach
  • Search and Shopping structure for ecommerce catalogues
  • Performance Max, what it controls and what it takes away from you
  • Brand versus non brand, and how to report on them separately
6Email and SMS retention

Where margin is actually made. Paid acquisition buys the first order, retention decides whether the business works.

  • The core flows every store should have running before campaigns scale
  • Welcome, abandoned browse, abandoned cart, post purchase, winback
  • Segmentation that reflects buying behaviour rather than arbitrary tags
  • Campaign calendar, sending frequency, and protecting deliverability
7Landing pages and conversion

Better traffic cannot fix a page that does not convert. This module works on what happens after the click.

  • Product page structure, and the objections it has to answer
  • Matching the landing page to the ad that sent the visitor
  • Offer construction, bundling, and average order value
  • Running tests that reach a conclusion instead of running forever
8Scaling and operating rhythm

Turning everything above into a weekly and monthly routine that runs without you rebuilding it each time.

  • The weekly account review, and the small number of metrics that matter
  • Deciding when to scale, when to hold, and when to cut
  • Inventory and cash flow constraints on how fast you can grow
  • When to hire or outsource, and what to keep in house permanently
What you get

Built to be implemented, not watched.

Video lessons

Every module recorded step by step, shot inside real ad accounts rather than over slides.

Templates and files

Margin and breakeven calculators, campaign naming structures, flow maps, and a reporting sheet.

Live calls

Regular sessions where you bring your own account, get it reviewed, and work through what is blocking you.

Operator community

A private group of people running real stores, where questions get answered by people who hit the same wall last month.

Account reviews

Your accounts looked at directly, with specific fixes rather than general advice.

Ongoing updates

Platforms change constantly. Modules are updated when they do, and you keep access to the updates.

Fit

This is not for everyone.

We would rather turn someone away on a call than take money from a business that is not ready for it.

A good fit if

  • You have a store selling consistently and want to grow it deliberately
  • You have budget to run ads while you learn, not just to buy the program
  • You want to own acquisition in house rather than rent it indefinitely
  • You are willing to do the implementation work, not just watch the lessons
  • You are comfortable being told your account has problems

Not a fit if

  • You have not launched yet, or have not validated the product
  • You are looking for a hands off service, we have an agency for that
  • You want a guarantee of specific revenue, nobody can honestly give you one
  • You expect results without running budget through the accounts
  • You want passive income rather than a business to operate
Who teaches it

Taught by someone doing the work.

Aden Rao

Founder, Money Social

Aden runs Money Social, a marketing agency managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email for ecommerce brands. The material in this program is the same system the agency runs on, taught so that you can operate it yourself.

He also builds and operates his own ecommerce brands, which means the curriculum is shaped by running stores rather than only by managing other people's accounts. Inventory, cash flow, margin, and the operational limits on how fast you can grow are treated as part of acquisition, not as someone else's problem.

The teaching happens inside live accounts. You see real structures, real numbers, and decisions made under real conditions, including the ones that did not work.

Enrollment

Start with a call.

We look at where your store is, what your accounts look like, and whether this program is the right move right now. Pricing and payment options are covered on the call.

What the call covers

A straight conversation about your store and whether this is a fit. No pitch deck.

  • Review of your current acquisition setup
  • Honest read on whether the program suits your stage
  • Full walkthrough of what is included
  • Pricing, terms, and payment plan options

Payment plans are available through a third party financing partner, subject to approval.

FAQs

Questions before you book.

How much time does this take each week?

Plan for a few hours a week on the lessons, plus the implementation work inside your own accounts. The people who get the most out of it treat it as part of running the business rather than something extra on the side.

Do I need an existing store?

Yes. The program is built around implementing changes in accounts that already have traffic and sales moving through them. Without that, there is nothing to apply the material to.

How much ad budget do I need?

Enough to run tests and gather data while you learn. We cover this on the call, because the right number depends on your margin and your price point rather than a figure that applies to everyone.

Is this Shopify specific?

No. The ad platform, email, and tracking work applies regardless of what the store runs on. Platform specific steps are covered where they differ.

Can I pay over time?

Payment plans are available through a third party financing partner. Approval and terms are decided by them rather than by us, and we walk you through the options on the call.

What is the refund policy?

The refund terms are set out in the enrollment agreement, which you receive before any payment is taken. We go through them on the call so there is nothing unexpected.

Why enroll by call instead of just buying it?

Because a meaningful share of people who want it should not buy it yet. A call takes twenty minutes and avoids someone spending money on a program that does not match where their business is.

Own the thing that grows your store.

Book a call and we will tell you honestly whether this is the right move for where your business is right now.
